Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

1. What data we collect

Tonescrow does not require registration and does not collect personal data: no name, phone number or email. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics come from anonymous Cloudflare analytics, which does not identify individual users.

2. Telegram and the blockchain

When you use the Telegram bot and mini app, Telegram passes us your ID, username and interface language. We use them only to run the service.

Wallet addresses, amounts and deal statuses are recorded on the TON blockchain. This data is public and cannot be deleted or changed.

3. Wallet and keys

We never ask for or store your seed phrases or private keys. Your wallet connects through TON Connect, and you confirm every operation yourself. The administration will never message you first or ask for your keys.

4. How the service works

Funds are locked in a smart contract and released by agreement of the deal parties. Tonescrow has no arbitrator or guarantor, and we cannot refund or transfer funds at our own discretion.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use Tonescrow at your own risk.

Smart contracts may contain bugs, and the TON network, wallets and Telegram may fail or be unavailable. The developer is not liable for any losses, including loss of funds, caused by contract bugs, the actions of the other party to a deal, wrong addresses or amounts, network failures, blocking, hacks, user errors or changes in the law.

The service is not financial, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for the legality of your deals and for paying any taxes, and using the service for illegal activity is prohibited.

Check the terms and details before every deal, and for large amounts start with a small test deal.
